Features of Cream Spreading Machine

It is a technology that allows the creation of wafer blocks by spreading cream on baked wafer sheets to achieve the desired number of layers. In wafer blocks, a minimum of 2 layers of wafer sheets with 1 layer of cream in between, and a maximum of 6 layers of wafer sheets with 5 layers of cream in between are applied. The cream ratio can be easily adjusted.

There is an option for dual-color cream application. Depending on demand, dual-color cream can be adjusted to be applied differently to each sheet. This option prevents the cream from mixing for those producing two types of wafers. Every component that comes in contact with food is made of certified materials suitable for food contact and is stainless.
